For the last four years I’ve been working on a documentary about my best friend and her journey through her diagnosis. When she was eighteen years old she was diagnosed with stage four metastatic breast cancer. Although some days are rough, she manages to thrive through life regardless of everything she has to go through. When she was first diagnosed they told her she had three years left. It’s been five years and some months since that day and she’s still here, stronger than ever. This film gives an uplifting, in-depth view of her life to remind the viewers that although life can be difficult at times, you are stronger than you think. Every little thing will be alright.
